Cutting Technologies processes lots of Laser Cut Architectural components. We do everything from glass clamp washers and brackets through decorative panels for building cladding, to stair stringers and infill panels. Laser Cut Steel BalustradingLaser Cut 15mm Mild Steel Balustrading for the Birmingham Bullring. The components were common-line cut (there were no gaps between the parts on the sheet) to maximise material utilisation. Cut Quality is absolutely critical for Architectural work, and Cutting Technologies has years of experience in getting it right.

StaircaseWe cut parts by the thousand for stainless steel staircases and features - glass clamps, end caps, stringer plates, uprights - just about everything. We even cut infill panels in MDF for safety while you're waiting for the glass to arrive. Architectural metalwork is one of our biggest markets and we know it inside out. We understand volumes can vary from a one-off to full product quantities - our processes are designed to do any order size.

BalconyWe produce decorative panels for balconies, balustrades, stairs, cladding and walls. You can offer your clients more-or-less any design in aluminium, stainless, mild or even wood. We stock most materials so prototypes for client approval can be delivered to you in a couple of days (or sooner if you're really up against it), and we can tweak the design until you get sign-off.

laser cut aluminium
A water feature located in a Welsh city centre. There are dozens of large laser cut panels, each one different and based on water colour paintings - we had to translate the paintings into something the lasers would understand. The laser cut panels were then rolled, anodised and joined to form the columns. Decorative panels used for Architectural features and cladding are often laser cut at Cutting Technologies.

Information about why our Laser Cutting Service is second to none -

We get your quote back to you very quickly - we understand Architectural Projects are complex and time consuming - we make sure you have the information you need when you need it.
We're competitive (surprisingly so sometimes!). Our processes are designed to minimise overhead so our prices are great, hopefully allowing you to increase your margin.
We don't mind quoting for multiple quantities, and cutting everything from prototypes to high volumes -we understand there's always a "finishing-off" period at the end of a project.
Our service is country-wide. Although we're based in Barnsley our main customers are in London, Scotland, Cumbria, Nottingham & Manchester
Once you place your order we confirm a delivery date - this is normally 2-3 days, but can be quicker. The main thing is we're realistic - we don't make promises we don't think we can keep - we know you're on Time Penalties.
Our Quality System is solid - we use a visual system to let everyone in the production chain know your requirements - we don't rely on a dusty manual stuck on a shelf! We track everything from material source through issue levels to who cut your parts.
We buy the best material and use the best lasers to ensure you get the best quality component; we make you look good.
We have just about every piece of software we can think of to make sure we can engineer and programme your work - we understand Architectural Drawings and can develop components to make them suitable for production.
We're just as comfortable dealing with conceptual projects as standard metalwork - we're used to turning ideas into cut components
We deliver - we use a local company to do a same-day service; we use overnight carriers and couriers for next day. Standard delivery is included in our quoted price - you don't get a nasty shock when you receive the invoice.
We keep all your part details on file - you can place a repeat order years after we've done a job and we'll have the information.

We can't list all our advantages here - the page would be too long! Hopefully the above gives you a flavour. We think we're just about perfect, but then we would wouldn't we! Try us and see what you think - Contact us now...
