A Laser Cut MDF Panel with a distinctly Moroccan theme - we do screens like this for hotels, restaurants, bars, theatre sets and balls. We even cut these as garden panels to shield unsightly tanks etc. This is 18mm fire retardent MDF, but we could cut these in natural wood, Ply, Metal or Acrylic..
We cut a series of panels for a Christmas display at Chatsworth House - these are multiple layered panels and were created from PDF files - we converted the images into something the laser could understand. MDF is a tough material, meaning these panels will be re-used for years.
A Laser Cut 6mm thick mild steel panel. We do lots of these for applications ranging from building cladding to inserts for stairs and balconies. These can be up to 3000x1500mm overall, and we can cut from 0.5mm to 20mm thick material.
A close up image of the same pattern, this time cut in 10mm thick clear acrylic. Acrylic is really popular for window screens, table separators, and general decorative panels for interior design.
A close-up image of an 18mm Fire Retardent MDF Decorative Panel. Laser Cutting is excellent for this type of application as, unlike routing, internal detail can have sharp corners - it gives a much crisper overall effect. More or less anything that can be drawn can be cut, and once again panels like this could be cut in Metal or Plastic, as well as wood-based materials.

A laser cut and painted plywood garden screen, used in this case to hide an unsightly tank storing heating oil. Although custom designed and made for the client, the price was very good as materials like ply are inexpensive. Although complex, the cutting was quick and straightforward allowing low production costs.

A small panel laser cut in acrylic to show you the flexibility of the laser process. This is about the size of a standard envelope, so the detail achievable is very high!
