Laser Engraving is such a flexible process - we can engrave more-or-less any design and many different materials, ranging from exactly the right wood to match an existing traditional interior, to modern stainless steel for the high tec look. You can send us a small sample of the design you want, and we'll turn it into a repeating pattern that covers the whole panel. You can even tell us the type of design you want and we'll make something up for you!
We produce decorative panels and parts for every application ranging from the restoration of a Georgian house, to an Oriental design for a new Asian Restaurant. Have a look at the examples and then contact us with your ideas.
Laser Engraved Walnut Panel. This shows the excellent detail and contrast possible on natural wood. Panels can be up to 900x600mm, and we can spread the pattern across several panels for a continuous display. We can engrave any type of wood, but being a natural material, the effects vary depending on the grain, age and type etc. In our opinion this is a good thing - each panel is unique because of the variable nature of the material.
Laser Engraved Plywood Panel. The same design engraved onto standard Birch Plywood - engraved ply never ceases to amaze us - the contrast is incredible. Ply is inexpensive, so you can have a real value for money product of excellent quality.
Laser Engraved Black Acrylic Panel. This is the same design as above, but showing the quality achievable on acrylic. Once again we can engrave up to 900x600mm, and there are literally hundreds of different colours available.
Laser Engraved Red Acrylic Panel. We said there were hundreds of colours available - here's a panel in translucent red acrylic. There are various finishes available - translucent like this, glossy, frosted and even textured.
Laser Engraved Brass Effect Laminate Panel. Here's a really interesting material - this is a black acrylic with a thin brass coating. We engrave away the brass to show the black. We can even do photographic images in this material, and it's available in lots of colour combinations.
Laser Engraved Stainless Steel Panel. We don't only work in wood, or with rectangular shapes. This is a marine-grade stainless steel panel laser cut into an arc - 12 of these were produced to create a circular bench to go around a tree. The engraved design is a recreation of an antique wallpaper pattern, and looks really effective in the flesh. Because we can cut to shape you can have decorative panels that fit any location, even awkward little recesses that you thought were impossible to decorate!
By the way, we don't only produce large decorative panels - here's a much smaller item showing the fine detail possible - the thumb gives a great idea of the overall size!
