We’re firm believers that anything can be laser cut. Are you ready to challenge your imagination?

We love to showcase the capabilities of our lasers and creative, sculptural work always gives us the chance. But we’d like you to challenge your imagination and then test our limits!

These stunning console tables using male and female torso sculptures were designed by Tom Hiscocks.

Over the years, we've worked with Tom to create a number of these sculptures in Corten, mild steel and acrylic. The torsos incorporate 28 layers of material which were intricately laser cut by our talented team.

Throughout his designs, Tom uses utilitarian materials often in large scale production. We think Tom’s sculptures show brilliantly what can be achieved with materials such as Corten.

Corten looks like raw steel but when it’s exposed to the weather, it develops a natural rust-like appearance so there’s no need for paint.

This self-protecting ‘rust’ resists corrosion and ensures the structure keeps its strength – making it perfect for outdoor sculptures, architecture or even furniture!

For use indoors, Corten can be artificially rusted to give interiors modern looks and we’ve noticed the increase in popularity for the use of Corten for interior design.
