Every now and again our services are used in commemorative pieces – we’re incredible honoured to have played our part in celebrating some fantastic pieces of history.

A few years ago we were commissioned to create artwork which commemorated the world-famous Singer sewing machine factory.

We teamed up with artist Elspeth Bennie to create the sculpture which is based on the famous Singer clock.

The artwork is displayed at Dalmuir Park in Clydebank, Scotland, close to where the huge Singer factory stood.

We cut out the panels that sit on the corners of the clock - making up the rectangular and circular small windows.

As well as engraving all of the large panels on the four sides of that box, one of which is an actual clock face.

It was an honour to have helped create artwork which commemorates the world-famous Singer factory and to have played a part in recognising such an important part of Scotland’s heritage.
